Vent-Axia has been selected for the final shortlist in the prestigious Electrical Industry Awards 2013, which recognises, celebrates and rewards companies leading the way in the UK electrical sector. Vent-Axia’s Lo-Carbon Solo Plus centrifugal bathroom/toilet fan has been chosen as a finalist in the Innovative Residential/Domestic Product of The Year category.

Vent-Axia’s Lo-Carbon Kinetic Plus E, Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) system has been selected for the shortlist in the ‘Energy Efficient Product of the Year’ category.

Vent-Axia, a leader in low-carbon technology, is celebrating winning the Best Innovation category at this year’s prestigious Tenant Services Awards at Stroud District Council, Gloucestershire. Scooping the award for its revolutionary Lo-Carbon Tempra single room heat recovery unit, Vent-Axia received the accolade at an awards ceremony held at the Barn in Berkeley, Gloucestershire.

Vent-Axia has recently added a horizontal range to its popular series of Sentinel Kinetic mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) solutions. Part of the company’s innovative Lo Carbon™ initiative, the new horizontal range boasts depths as low as 200mm making the units ideal for installation in shallow ceiling voids and thus attractive to developers requiring solutions to reduce building heights.
